As I mentioned briefly in an earlier post I’m going to be traveling both this weekend and next. This weekend to see a wedding in Tampa (best wishes Kate and Khan!) and next weekend for an engagement party in Ohio (congratulations Steve and Jillian!). This means that I won’t be able to visit the farmers’ market and write about my finds there.

While I cannot be in Greensboro myself I am going to try to get some friends to impersonate me at the farmers’ market. Then they can tell me about the experience and generously give me some of what they buy there.  Hopefully this way I’ll still be able to cook local food during the week. We’ll see if it works.
